Privacy statement

This statement explains how THEA IKE (“THEA”, “we”) handles personal data collected through thealuxuryvillas.gr.

Who is responsible

THEA IKE, Paleros, Aetolia-Acarnania, Greece, is the controller of your personal data. For any privacy question, contact Erik Kort at info@thealuxuryvillas.gr or +31 6 22 20 19 46.

What we collect and why

When you send an enquiry we receive your name, email address, phone number (if you give it), the villa you are interested in, your message and the language of the page you used. We use these details only to answer your enquiry and, if you wish, to arrange a viewing. The legal basis is your consent and the steps needed before entering into a contract at your request.

If you contact us by phone, email or WhatsApp, we process the details you share in the same way. WhatsApp is a service of Meta, and its own privacy terms apply to messages sent through it.

Statistics

We measure visits with a privacy-friendly analytics service that sets no cookies, does not track you across websites and stores no personal data. See the cookie page for details.

Who receives your data

Your enquiry is delivered to our mailbox by a form processing service (Web3Forms), and the website is hosted by Vercel. During the first month after launch, a copy of each enquiry is also sent to our web agency, Bryntra B.V., to check that the form works correctly. These parties act on our instructions. We do not sell your data and do not share it with anyone else, unless the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for as long as we are in contact with you, and for a maximum of 24 months after the last contact. Data that forms part of a purchase file is kept for as long as the law requires.

Your rights

You can ask us to show, correct or delete your data, to restrict its use, or to transfer it to you. You can withdraw your consent at any time. Send your request to the address above and we will reply within one month. You also have the right to complain to the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (dpa.gr) or the authority in your own country.

Changes

We may update this statement when the website or the law changes. The current version is always on this page.
